Booking & Cancellation

1. Standard Rates

Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date (3:00 PM local time) will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged the first night's room rate and tax.

2. Non-Refundable Rates

Reservations booked under "Advance Purchase" or "Non-Refundable" rates are charged in full at the time of booking. Modifications or cancellations will result in forfeiture of the full deposit amount.

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or are unsatisfied with a service for which a refund is requested, please contact our management team within 14 days of your departure. All disputes will be investigated thoroughly.
